Beta waitlist

Your crew already sends the update. Piso turns it into data.

Piso is the bilingual intelligence layer between the field and the office. It reads the WhatsApp messages, photos and voice notes your crews already send — in English and Spanish — and delivers structured, unit-level project data to your team.

No new app · No training · Works in the groups you already have

Two workers on an unfinished commercial floor, one sending a voice note from the job site
01 — The problem

The field talks all day. The office never sees it.

Photos, voice memos and quick texts run the American job site. None of it reaches project management in a usable form.

02 — How it works

One input channel. One structured output.

01

Field input

Crews message like they always do — English, Spanish, or both. Texts, photos, voice notes, in the WhatsApp groups they already run.

02

AI processing

Piso transcribes the audio, reads the text, and tags every message by project, unit, trade and type — safety flag, material request, completion.

03

Office output

The office gets a live dashboard, automated daily logs and exportable reports. Nobody scrolls a chat thread to find the answer.

03 — Why Piso

Every other tool asks your crew to change. Piso does not.

Bilingual by design

Native English and Spanish processing. Not translation bolted on after the fact.

WhatsApp-native

Add the Piso bot to an existing crew group. Zero apps installed, zero training.

Unit-level detail

Data ties to a floor, a room, a work unit — not a vague project-level summary.

Voice-first

A voice note is a first-class input. Gloves on, phone up, done.

Subs bill on percentage complete. If you cannot prove progress, billing waits. Piso structures field data the moment it is sent — so you bill on time.

04 — Pricing

Simple pricing. No percentage of contract value.

Pay a flat subscription plus a small fee per user. The beta is free for the entire testing period.

After beta

Example: A crew of 15 users costs $29 + (15 × $2) = $59/month.

05 — Questions

Common questions from subcontractors

How do I get construction field updates from WhatsApp into project management?

Add the Piso bot to the WhatsApp group your crew already uses. Piso reads the texts, photos and voice notes sent in that group, transcribes and tags each one by project, unit, trade and message type, then delivers structured daily logs and exportable reports to the office. Crews install nothing and change nothing about how they communicate.

Is there a bilingual (English and Spanish) construction communication tool?

Piso processes English and Spanish natively, including mixed-language messages and Spanish voice notes. Language handling is built into the processing pipeline rather than added as a translation step, so a Spanish voice note and an English text produce the same structured output.

How can subcontractors document progress for percentage-complete billing?

Billing stalls when progress cannot be proven. Piso ties every field message to a floor, room or work unit and timestamps it, so completion claims arrive with photo and voice evidence attached to the unit being billed. Reports export for pay applications and owner requests.

Do foremen have to learn a new app?

No. Piso works inside WhatsApp, the channel crews already use. There is no app to install, no login for the field, and no training session. Only the office side uses a dashboard.

Can Piso handle voice notes from the job site?

Yes. Voice notes are a first-class input. Piso transcribes them and extracts the same structured detail it pulls from a typed message, which matters when workers have gloves on or cannot type safely.

Is the Piso beta open, and what does it cost?

The beta is not open yet. You can join the waitlist now, and we will reach out when a spot opens for your crew. Piso is free for the length of the beta. After beta, it's a $29/month subscription plus $2 per user per month.
